I have recently taken over the shared ownership of the family business, Cross Engineering Swansea Ltd that was established in 1966. This is not an entirely new challenge as I have been involved with Cross Engineering for over 11 years from when the first 4m x 2m Waterjet Cutter was purchased and housed in the new workshop and showroom building.
My new position is complemented by the 35 years in depth experience I have in Construction. This included project management and quantity surveying on a variety of Civil Engineering, Construction, Pipeline, Rail and Building Contracts which have also included Design and Build projects under various Forms of Contract.
In the latter 15 years I had managed various teams to bring contracts, including partnered, to a successful conclusion, achieved via a positive outlook, the establishment of trust, respect and amicable working relationships with Clients and their representatives.
